ANY TITLE can be reserved with a payment of a 10% deposit. 

I am no longer offering titles with a payment by instalment plan. However, all the titles, except for the Manor of Crowlands, are open to reasonable offers. 

Titles priced from £500 upwards will have the Deed of Conveyance signed and stamped by the company solicitor who is certified in Manorial Law by the Law Society.

If an offer of less than £500 has been accepted on a title, then the Deed of Conveyance will be signed by myself and the company accountant.

I have retired and as a consequence I will be operating a limited service, after the titles on this platform have been sold, no new titles will be added this year. From the start of 2026 there will be no more than three Lord of the Manor titles (possessory), 2 barony titles (possessory) and one title with a complete set of deeds advertised. 

I will be operating on a limited basis, a private title research and acquisition service to clients inquiries. This is primarily for research of feudal viscount and earldom titles.
