You can place an advertisement for your title or titles on a complete page.
You would need to provide me with details (worded advert), history and any pdf files, photos etc for your page
You can have your email address and/or telephone number printed on the page or I can create an online form that interested persons can complete and click on send, and this would be sent automatically to your email address that you register with me for that purpose.
Advertisements can run until your title is sold. No additional fees if it takes some time.
I do not provide a service of taking enquiries on behalf of advertisers.
A sale of a title is between the advertiser and the buyer. There is no involvement by me or my company.
My company can provide template legal documents such as a Deed of Conveyance specifically written for your title with you as the holder/vendor. All you would need do is advise me of the purchasers name and address and the date of the Deed plus the sale price and I would create the template Deed of Conveyance with those details and post two copies to you. All you would need do is sign each copy with a witness signing and printing their details, then you can exchange these with the purchaser who does the same. You keep one copy and the purchaser keeps the other. The Fee for this service is £50
Purchasers would need to satisfy themselves as to the validity of any title.
I do provide a research service, however, this is on a limited basis.
The Fee for placing an advertisement is 10% of the Private Treaty sale price printed on your advertisement page
