Barony of Crevequer

in the county of Kent

The barony consisted of 14 knight’s fees (not counting the
service of three knights owed to the archbishop). Two further fees, said to have once been owned by Robert de Crevequer, were claimed by his descendants; but the claim was
not made good.51 Ruxley and Badlesmere might perhaps be
regarded as second-tier baronies; but I doubt whether either
would meet the definition (unless it were framed so loosely
as to be meaningless) before the late thirteenth century.

RETIREMENT OFFERS

I have retired and I am scaling down on the number of titles for sale. All the titles on this platform are open to offers, except the Lordship of Crowlands Manor.  Some titles are advertised as special offers on eBay. Once these are sold there will only be 4/5 titles available at any one time.

Titles priced at £500 or more will have the Deed of Conveyance signed and stamped by the company solicitor.  However, I can do a deal of up to half price, in which case if the price falls below £500, the Deed of Conveyance and other legal documents will be witnessed by the company accountant
